We have all four seasons. They are clearly delineated in the Pacific Northwest.

In defense of misunderstandings by people from other parts of the country, it is possible that some days of summer are cooler than some days of winter and vice versa. However, winter as a whole is wetter and cooler than summer. In the PNW mountains, there is no question, with wintertime snowfall usually exceeding 50 feet (15 m), and summertime temperatures (above 5000 ft/1500m) reaching 80°F/27°C.

The Department of Vital Statistics or the Census Bureau would have information on the languages and the percentage of people who speak them. I once read that there are more than 80 different languages spoken in British Columbia. Some people are multi-lingual, so I have no idea how you would translate those figures.
As for the forest-oriented services that help B.C. get organized - I'm a little confused by what you mean. There is the logging industry, there is the reforestation program and other things of that sort, but they don't have anything to do with getting BC organized (and organized for what?)

Well the majority of people in British Columbia speak English.i do not know what kind of percentages there are of other languages but if you visit Vancouver/Lower mainland there are a great many people speaking a multitude of languages. It is said that only 40 percent of people in Vancouver speak english as a first language.I am not sure what you mean bye getting people organized in the forest. For camping there is the Forestry service which maintains camp sites and manages wild fire fighting. There is also the Fish and Wild life ministry which is responsible for enforcing the hunting and fishing laws and rules.hope that helped!
