I wanna post signs up where people have their garage sale and where people have like “Rent a house” signs up…. About how terrible puppy mills are and stuff..
And if it is illegal, can you tell me what the consequences are?

It shouldn’t be a problem, because most people hate puppy mills. The puppy mills them sleves should not come after you, because half of what they do is neglect and illegal.
