We’re fairly new to the Seattle area and are looking for a good “stay-cation” idea within driving distance, and we would love to experience some French/European cuisine and culture..

There are French Canadians living in BC, but no town that is strictly French Canadian. There is a little district of the city of Coquitlam called Maillardville that has a French influence. They have a French Canadian festival there, but you’ve missed it for this year.
